If you get an error message when creating a new user, it might be because the same email is already in use in HappyOrNot Analytics. You cannot have multiple accounts with the same email address.

Instead, you may want to edit the user's role or access.

To check if there is already an account for that email, go to Admin > Users and search for the email.
