This article instructs how to change another user's password. If you want to change your own password, read How to change your password.
If you are an Admin user, you can reset the password for any user who is on the same experience point level as you are or below it. The new password will be emailed to the user automatically.
- Go to Admin > Users and search for the user whose password you want to reset.
- Click the user's name and select Send new password.
Note: If your organization is using single sign-on (SSO), you cannot reset the password of users with SSO login enabled. They will need to reset their password through the identity provider that you are using to log in.
