If you have Admin access, you can edit the roles and access for other users and admins who are under you in the experience point structure.

You can edit the following details:

User details:

Name, role, login method, email report language, and Smileys product status notifications.

Data access:

Which experience points the user has access to, and whether or not they are allowed to see open feedback categorized as spam or harmful.

 

  1. Go to Admin > Users, and find the user whose details you want to edit.
  2. Click the name of the user.
  3. Select Edit under the relevant section. 
  4. Edit the settings and select Save.

 NOTE: Admins cannot edit another user's email address.  If you need to change the email of another user, contact HappyOrNot Support.
