You need to have Admin rights to be able to delete other users. You can also only delete users who are at the same or lower level in your organization's experience point structure.

IMPORTANT:After a user account is deleted, that user will no longer have access to the HappyOrNot Analytics nor receive email reports. All information associated with this user is removed from HappyOrNot Analytics.
  1. Go to Admin > Users.
  2. Search for the user who you want to delete and click their name.
  3. Click Delete user at the top of the page.
