Zapier integration requires HappyOrNot API 2.0. Contact your HappyOrNot contact person to learn how to add it to your subscription.

If you want to send selected feedback items or Analytics alerts to be sent to other workplace apps, such as Salesforce, Slack, or Teams, you can do it by using Zapier integration.
Possible use cases include:
- Route alerts based on specified triggers to other tools or apps such as Slack or Teams, so they can also be seen by people who do not have a HappyOrNot Analytics account.
- Receive notifications when a specific type of open feedback is received, and send it directly to relevant people. For example, send feedback categorized as Urgent to a Slack channel where it can be immediately acted on, Personal feedback to HR, who can use it to reward staff, or Appreciation to the Marketing team for sharing on social media.
- Receive notifications when a specific Smiley button is pressed and react to it immediately.
Pre-requisites
- HappyOrNot API 2.0 token. For more information, read Create and manage API tokens.
- Zapier account (external link)
- Account for the app(s) where you want to push the data
