You can set Quick View and Details to refresh automatically without having to reload the page or the application manually.
Go to My profile > Account settings > Automatic data refresh
The default value of the automatic refresh interval is 15 minutes. You can also set the interval to 1 minute or off.
Automatic data refresh is useful when there are several Smiley Terminals at different experience points sending data in real-time mode at varying intervals, or when Smiley Touches are sending data continuously.
NOTE: Widgets are updated independently of each other. Because of this, if the automatic data refresh fails in a widget, that widget shows zero results, while others contain data. The situation can usually be resolved by manually refreshing the page.
