Sometimes it's possible that your email report might not have any data in it. In these cases, you will see the below notification in your daily email report.

If this message appears, it's nothing to be worried about. HappyOrNot Smileys products use a normal cell phone connection to send their feedback data, and sometimes the local network might have problems that stop it from communicating with the service. If the Smileys product cannot connect to the network, it will try again until such a time that it manages to make a connection.
However, if the data transmission is delayed by more than five hours, the email report will be sent empty and the notification above will appear instead of the results.
Is my data safe?
Your data will be safe even if the Smileys product is unable to connect with the service in time for the email report. The Smileys products have an internal memory that will keep the data saved until they're uploaded successfully to HappyOrNot Analytics.
What should I do if my email report is empty?
When you see this kind of message in your daily email report, your best option is to wait. Most of the time the failure is caused by the local cell phone network and it will be fixed on its own very soon. In fact, many times when you see an empty email report, there's a very good chance that the results have already been uploaded to HappyOrNot Analytics.
If you receive this kind of messages two days in a row, or several times within a short period of time, please contact HappyOrNot Support. We can investigate the issue for you to see if any actions are required.
