The Open feedback widget shows you the list of open feedback response texts (for Smiley Touch and Smiley Digital). 

The widget is hidden if there is no open feedback during the chosen time period, or if all feedback items have been categorized as spam. For more information, read Open feedback spam filter.

By default, the widget only shows feedback categorized as relevant. To see all recent feedback, select Show > Latest

The feedback is automatically sorted into categories that can be used to filter the open feedback, and you can also generate the open feedback summary by selecting View summary.    

Mark open feedback item as spam or harmful

If you have Admin rights, you can mark individual feedback entries as spam or that they contain harmful content. This will hide them from the general view.

To do this, select Action next to it and the correct option.

Delete open feedback item

If you have Admin rights, you can delete individual feedback entries, for example, if the feedback giver has entered their contact details or other personal information. Note that deleted items will be removed permanently and cannot be restored.

To delete a open feed item, select Action next to it and select Delete this open feedback.
