Open feedback summaries are created HappyOrNot AI to make it easy to analyze the feedback and take improvement actions.
In HappyOrNot Analytics, you can generate the summary in both Quick View (Top Follow-ups widget) and Details (Open feedback widget) pages. Select View summary to generate a summary of the open feedback.
All filters, including open feedback categories and demographics can be used to select what open feedback is included in the summary.
The summary is also automatically included in all performance report emails. The summary is generated when the link is clicked for the first time, after which it will be accessible to all users with the same subscription. For more information, read Manage your subscriptions.
Note that the summaries created by HappyOrNot AI are only as good as the feedback it uses. HappyOrNot AI cannot know the context of the feedback given, and only analyzes the language to create summaries of the feedback, so it may make mistakes or incorrect conclusions. The datasets may also contain biases, which can affect the accuracy of the analysis.
If you find the summary to be confusing or difficult to parse, we recommend that you discuss the feedback with front-line employees, as they are most likely to know the reasons behind the feedback.
Why can't I generate the summary/the button is greyed out or not shown?
The summary can only be generated when there is enough relevant feedback left during the survey period. In his case, the button is greyed out, or the whole section is hidden.
