Insights uses HappyOrNot AI to turn feedback into a unified story, helping you see what has changed, why it matters, and where to focus next.
Summary timeline
The Summary timeline tab collects monthly summaries of your feedback data for the selected experience point and survey.
Each monthly summary contains the following sections:
- A short, textual summary of the numerical feedback data
- Biggest changes in ranking for experience points under a group
- Key observations that highlight the most meaningful changes and patterns in the numerical data.
- Open feedback summary
To create a summary for a month that doesn't already have one, select Generate under that month. Note that a summary can only be generated when there are enough feedback items for that month.
Click the name of the month to view the number of responses, follow-ups, and open feedback categories for that month.
To jump to a specific month, select the calendar icon and Jump to....
Open feedback responses
In the Open feedback responses tab, you can view the open feedback for that month.
You can filter the responses based on response type and demographics. To generate a summary with these filters, select Summarize.
To sort the responses, select Settings. You can sort the responses by time, relevance, and feedback type.
