Foresights is a part of the Professional package.​ If it is not in your service package, you see a diamond symbol (User-added image).​​​​ ​Your HappyOrNot contact person will be happy to give you more information on the feature.       

 

You need to subscribe to Foresights to automatically get notified for patterns in your feedback data. Go to My Profile > Subscriptions to manage your subscriptions or add new ones.

If you have subscribed to Foresights and do not see any insights on the Foresights tab, it might be because of the following reasons:

 

No active surveys

Foresights displays insights from surveys that were active during the 8-week time period when the foresights are calculated. If there are no insights shown, it might be because there were no active surveys during the previous 8-week period.

Calculations are still pending

The frequency of Foresight updates depend on the Foresights subscription type:

  • Monthly subscription: Calculations done at the start of each month.
  • Weekly subscription: Calculations done on the first day of each week.
  • Daily subscription: Calculations done daily.

If you create a new montly or weekly subscription in the middle of the month or week, respectively, insights from the survey will only become visible at the start of the next calculation period.

The survey has been excluded from your subscription

If you have edited your subscription to exclude insights from a specific survey, it will not be vivible on the Foresights tab. To manage your subscriptions, go to My Profile > Subscriptions and edit he subscription to add the survey back.
