Smiley Terminal and Smiley Touch both use a SIM-card to send feedback data to HappyOrNot Analytics. The SIM-card is located inside the device and is protected against theft.
If someone breaks open the device and takes the SIM-card within, they won't be able to use the SIM card for anything. The SIM-cards are programmed so that they can only send data to HappyOrNot Analytics.
