You need to have Admin access to be able to add subscriptions for other users.

If you want to add a subscription to yourself, read How to manage your subscriptions
 

  1. Go to Admin > Users and search for the user. 
  2. Click the user's name.
  3. Under subscriptions, select Add new.
  4. Select the the groups and/or experience points, report type, and recurrence.
  5. Select Save.
