HappyOrNot API is an add-on feature. Contact your HappyOrNot contact person if you want to enable it for your organization. 

Note that these instructions are only valid for HappyOrNot API FAQ.

Create new API tokens

  1. Go to Admin > Organization settings.
  2. Under HappyOrNot API, select Add New.
  3. Give a name to the token.
  4. Select the group or experience point from where you want to fetch the data.
  5. Set the validity period for the token. You can select an end date for it, or have it be valid indefinitely without an end date.
  6. Select what kind of data you want to fetch. 
  7. Select Save.
NOTE: If the Add New button is greyed out, it means that all the tokens included in your package are already in use.  You can delete tokens that are no longer in use, or extend the validity of expired ones, or contact your HappyOrNot contact to upgrade your API package.  

Manage API tokens

To edit or delete tokens, select the three dots on the right side of the token and select Edit or Delete.

NOTE: You can only see tokens for groups or experience points that you have access to. Contact your organization Admin to get access if you don't have it.
