A soft reset restarts the Smiley Terminal without losing the saved feedback data and forces it to upload the data to HappyOrNot Analytics immediately. If the Smiley Terminal has stopped communicating, a soft reset often fixes the issue. 
 
  1. Press dark green and dark red smileys simultaneously for 20 seconds until you hear a beep.
  2. Wait until the blinking red light turns green and there is another short beep.
If the soft reset does not help, you can try to hard reset the Smiley Terminal.
