When collecting open feedback, it is possible to display a privacy notice on the open feedback screen to remind people not to leave personally identifiable or sensitive information through the survey.
The text of the privacy notice:
Please DO NOT submit here any Personal Data (personally identifiable information (PII) and/or personal information), or any other Sensitive Personal Data.
Note that it is not possible to modify the text from in the privacy notice.
When the privacy notice is enabled, it is automatically shown in all surveys that collect open feedback.
