IMPORTANT: If you delete a survey, the feedback data connected to it cannot be restored. In most cases we recommend that you end the survey instead of deleting it.
- Go to Admin > Surveys and click the survey you want to delete.
- Click the survey time period at the right side of the experience point(s) connected to the survey.
- Select the X icon to remove the time period and select Save.
- Repeat this to all the experience points connected to the survey.
- Go back to the survey details and select Delete Survey.
