This article instructs how to change your own password. If you want to reset another user's password, read How to reset a user's password.

 

  1. Go to My profile > Change password.
  2. Enter a new password and select Change password.
If you can't remember your current password, go to this link to reset your password.

Note: If your organization is using single sign-on (SSO), you cannot change or reset your password in HappyOrNot Analytics and need to reset it through the identity provider that you are using to log in.
