- You can now set a 10 second "cool down period" for Smiley Touch between feedback givers. This can prevent misuse by forcing the feedback giver to wait for 10 seconds before they can give feedback again.

- NEW FEATURE: We've launched HappyOrNot API v2, which is on the Open API standard and has the following new features:
- Data structures that intuitively suit BI applications.
- Improved access and feature control, where tokens can be restricted by time, organization hierarchy and feature visibility.
- New data formats (.csv and .json)
- Support for all HappyOrNot features and the data they provide, including demographics and contact request.
- You can now temporarily disable the QR code for a survey, or generate a completely new QR code for it.
- You can now have a different redirect page after negative and positive feedback when using Smiley Digital or QR code surveys.

- To prevent ghost feedback caused by email software spam filters when using Smiley Digital Embed Email, we have changed the functionality so that when the feedback giver clicks a smiley in an email, their feedback will not be automatically recorded anymore, and instead, they are redirected to a survey on another page, where they have to choose the smiley again.
- NEW FEATURE: It is now possible to ask feedback givers for their contact details when using Smiley Touch, Smiley Digital, or QR codes. For more information, read Collect contact info in surveys.

- Custom follow-up options have been changed so that they are survey-specific rather than shared between all surveys in the organization. This prevents accidentally changing other surveys when editing follow-up options. For more information, read Why are my follow-up options no longer shared between surveys?
- NEW FEATURE: With the demographics data collection enabled, you can get deeper insights into the feedback collected with Smiley Touch, by matching it with estimated data about the age and gender of the feedback giver.
