There are two different types of users in HappyOrNot Analytics: users and admins.

Users can view the results in HappyOrNot Analytics and/or receive email reports from the groups and experience points that they have access to. If they have access to Analytics, can also edit their own account settings, such as Analytics and email report languages, manage their own subscriptions, and change their password. It is possible to limit he access users have to, for example, open feedback.

Admins can do all the same things as users, but can also create and manage experience points, users, and surveys for the groups and experience points that they have access to. They can, for example, reset the password for other users in their organization, grant admin rights, and change what groups and experience points other users have access to.

Each organization should have at least one admin. If you want to change your role or accesses, you should be primarily in contact with your own organization admin.

IMPORTANT: All admins must complete the HappyOrNot Admin Certification training in HappyOrNot Academy.
