If you need to check that your Smiley's products are assigned to the correct experience point, the best way to do this is to compare the serial numbers.
  1. Check the serial number on the product. For more information, read Where to find the serial number of a Smiley Touch or Where to find the serial number of a Smiley Terminal.
  2. Go to Admin > Experience points, and click the name of the experience point. The Default Smileys product field shows the serial number of the Smileys product associated with it.
  3. If needed, select Settings, and then under Default survey settings select Edit and change the default product.
