With Live Sharing, you can share your results on a webpage or in an infoscreen in real-time.
- Go to the Details page and select the location and time period of the survey that you want to share.
- Select Export and Live Sharing.
- Select either Fixed time period or Auto updating.
- Select Create shareable link and a new pop-up opens where you can copy the link.
When Auto-updating is selected, the report for today, this week, and this month are updated at 15-minute intervals in Smiley Touch and Smiley Digital. The update frequence for Smiley Terminal depends on the model of the device, unless Real-time Collaboration is enabled, in which case it will also be updated at 15-minue intervals. The report for yesterday is updated once a day, the report for this week is updated once a week and the report for last month is updated once a month.
The report will be in the same language as your HappyOrNot Analytics user interface.
Manage Live Sharing links
In the link creation dialogue, you can see all the links you have created for that location, and for locations that are lower in the experience point hierarchy. Select Show previously shared links for this experience point/group to see them.
If you have Admin rights, you can see all the shared links created by other users for that location and for any lower location in the company hierarchy.
You can remove your own links, and an Admin user can remove the links created by other users by clicking REMOVE
