These are solutions to some common problems with Live Sharing.

No results or delayed results

Live Sharing shows the results of the time period that is selected when creating a Live Sharing link. If Auto-updating is selected, the results are updated to reflect the selected time period in real-time. If the results are delayed or they do not yet exist for the selected time period for Live Sharing, the results of an earlier corresponding time period are shown until results for the requested time period are available. For example, if today is selected as the time period for Live Sharing, but there are no results for today yet, Live Sharing shows the results from yesterday and moves on to show today's results when they are available. The same logic applies to other time periods: yesterday, last 14 days, this week, last week, etc.

If the selected time period is a custom date range, the results will be shown when they are ready.

Error screen

If the sharing link is broken, an error screen with just the HappyOrNot logo appears. To fix this, make sure that the link is correctly copied. If the problem persists, refresh the screen manually or create a new link.

Data not updating

If there is an interruption in the internet connection, an error icon ( User-added image ) is shown on the top right corner of the screen. Check the status of the connection. When the connection returns, the icon disappears.

Incorrect size

The info screen and web frame sharing links are reactive to the info screen and web frame sizes, and to landscape or vertical orientation.

Consider the size of the screen where you want to share the results, as the data should be easily readable from a distance. Also, the scaling is not optimal with dimensions too close to a square or a very small, low, or thin rectangle.
