Here are some possible solutions if you have not received an email report:

Check your spam filter. Sometimes email reports may be mistakenly marked as spam.

Make sure that you have subscribed to the correct reports at the right frequency. To see all your subscriptions and edit them, go to My Profile > Subscriptions.

Check that the survey period has not ended. Go to Admin > Surveys and click a survey to see if the survey is active. If the survey perid has ended, it will be under the Inactive tab.
