Whether you're measuring employee or customer experience, communicating with your team is extremely important in the launch phase. This is to ensure that everyone is willing to contribute, take on the agreed actions, and make sure that customers/employees can and want to give feedback.

💡 TIP: Use the HappyOrNot Service Canvas to plan together how to use the HappyOrNot solution in your organization.

Be open and clear about the reason for taking HappyOrNot into use

Kick off with a clear message: what is HappyOrNot, why now, and what’s in it for us?

If you're measuring customer experience, make sure the employees understand that they are not being monitored. This is all about improving the customer experience.

When measuring employee experience, let people know that the company understands their value and wants to get their honest, continuous feedback to ensure you can offer a great work environment and keep the best talents.

Empower your staff

Give your staff the tools and permission to make improvement actions on their own. They are the experts who will help you succeed. If you involve them in this process, you are more likely to gain their support for and trust of the HappyOrNot solution.

Happy employees benefit the company on every level: they have more ideas, they want to develop their skills, and they give their best in customer encounters. Engaged employees are also less likely to switch jobs. Happier employees create a good company culture, which enhances the company’s overall image. This builds better employer image and attracts new talents.

Commit to change

Make sure that your employees know that the management is committed to following through with improvements based on the feedback. This is especially important when measuring employee experience.

Name a champion

Select one or two people per location to be in charge of the HappyOrNot project. These people will make sure that the products are well-maintained an optimally located, and inspire others in the organization to adopt the project.
