HappyOrNot performance reports deliver the feedback results directly to your email. To learn how to subscribe to performance reports, read to Manage your subscriptions or Add a new email report subscription for a user.
You can subscribe to a performance report email, which is a summary of your results sent to your email daily, weekly, or monthly. If you have a one-time survey, or if your survey is scheduled to last less than a calendar week or does not follow the calendar week, you can also subscribe to a report to be sent at the end of the survey. The two available report types are a unit report, which contains the data from a single experience point, or a management report, which compares the data between multiple experience points.
If the experience point collect open feedback, the report email will contain attached file with a list of open feedback items and a link to an AI-generated open feedback summary.
Note that the exact time when reports are sent depends on network connections and the opening hours of your location.
