You can customize the survey flow on Smiley Touch or digital surveys to fit your own brand by adding your logo and a brand color. You can have one custom branding for your own organization, or a different one for each group or experience point.
💡 TIP: You can further customize your surveys with custom messages.
NOTE: Admins can change the branding in experience points that they have access to. We recommend that if you use different branding options in your organization, you set up the top-level brand first and then adjust the branding in the experience points.
- Go to Admin > Experience Points and click the name of the experience point or group you want to edit.
- Under Custom branding, select Edit.
- Select Enable custom branding. By default experience points inherit the branding from their parent.
- Enter your brand name. This is only shown as the alt text for the logo.
- Enter your brand color in a hexadecimal form. Note that the text color cannot be customized; instead, a contrasting colour is automatically calculated to make sure text is always readable (based on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
- To upload your logo, select Choose File. Since the logo is shown on top of the brand color, make sure to use a logo with a transparent background that is suitable for use with a colored background.
To turn off custom branding in an experience point, unselect both Use same settings as parent group and Enable custom branding. Note that if you turn custom branding off on a group level, it will also be turned off in all experience points that would inherit branding from it.
NOTE: If you have custom branding enabled, you cannot show feedback results on the Thank you screen.
