Comparison index feature is not enabled by default. Please contact a HappyOrNot Support to enable this feature for your company.
The Comparison index feature makes it possible to compare the performance of an experience point or group with the whole organization's performance over time. It shows the performance index of the whole organization as a purple line in relevant widgets in HappyOrNot Analytics and email reports.
To toggle the visibility of the comparison index in HappyOrNot Analytics, in the Details view, select the performance index drop down menu, and then Comparison index.
