The Results widget on Quick View and Details pages shows the full results of the selected time period.
In this widget, you can easily observe the fluctuation of responses and changes in the performance index data (blue line) and see if your performance improves or declines. This widget also shows comparison data with the company comparison index (purple line) that sums the performance index data of all the experience points of the company. You can compare the viewed experience point's performance to other experience points in the company.
The past comparison index (grey line) in Quick View shows the Happy Index or NPS of the viewed experience point during a previous corresponding time period. For example, if you view the time period of today, the past comparison index shows you the performance of yesterday.
Past comparison index is a premium feature.
NOTE! When you refresh your browser or change one of the filters (Experience point/Group, Survey Question, Time Period, etc.), the default setting automatically returns. The default setting depends on the amount of chosen data and the time period.
The Total results widget on the Details page shows the total results of each Smiley button. It helps you to easily see your overall performance.
