The comparison widget shows the results of the groups and experience points under the selected group. It helps to easily compare the performance of different groups and experience points so that you can determine which places need improvement the most.

The widget is only visible when viewing feedback data on a group level.

The groups and experience points are arranged based on their performance index, with the highest performance index on the top and the lowest on the bottom. There are 3 viewing options:
  • AREA shows only the groups and experience points that are right under the chosen Group.
  • EXPERIENCE POINT shows all experience points under the chosen Group.
  • FULL shows all groups and experience points under the chosen Group.
NOTE! When you refresh your browser or change one of the filters (Group/Experience point, Survey Question, Time Period, etc.), the default setting, Experience point, automatically returns.
