The hourly distribution widget on the Details page shows the combined results of the same hours of all the days. For example, if there are:
  • 5 positive responses at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 1st
  • 6 positive responses at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 2nd
  • 4 positive responses at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 3rd
For the time period from Monday, December 1st to Wednesday, December 3rd, the bar 11:00 AM will show 15 positive responses. It helps to follow the average performance of each hour of the day so that you can determine on which hours of the day to focus your improvement efforts.

The  day of the week distribution widget shows the combined results of the same weekdays of all the weeks. For example, if there are:
  • 40 negative responses on Friday in week 1
  • 20 negative responses on Friday in week 2
  • 30 negative responses on Friday in week 3

For the time period from week 1 to week 3, the bar Friday will show 90 negative responses. It helps to follow the average performance of each day of the week so that you can determine on which days of the week to focus your improvement efforts.
