We have changed how the custom follow-up options work so that they are now survey-specific rather than shared within the organization. This prevents people from accidentally changing multiple surveys when editing a custom follow-up option. Preset-follow-up options have not changed.

The old, shared options will continue working in existing surveys as before, but cannot be edited. This includes adding new languages to the follow-up option.

When you try to edit a shared follow-up, you are prompted to create a new, survey-specific copy of it. If you remove a shared follow-up option from a survey, it cannot be added back and you will need to create a new, survey-specific version of it if you want to use the same text as a follow-up option again.

The different types of follow-up options are marked with the following icons:
