You can edit your own subscriptions if you have access to HappyOrNot Analytics. If you do not have access, please contact your HappyOrNot admin. For instructions on how to update other people's subscriptions, read Add a new email report subscription for a user.
You can subscribe to a performance report email, which is a summary of your results sent to your email daily, weekly, or monthly. A report subscription from a single experience point shows the feedback results for that specific experience point only. A subscription from a group that contains multiple experience points shows the feedback results from all of them. If you have a one-time survey, or if your survey is scheduled to last less than a calendar week or does not follow the calendar week, you can also subscribe to a report to be sent at the end of the survey.
For more information about the different performance report types, read Email reports guide.
Other available subscriptions include a survey start reminder (sent when a new survey is starting), Foresights, alerts, contact request notifications, and results posters fr sharing.
Note: If you want to modify your subscription to device status notifications (battery warning and low power warning), you can do it in your account settings. For more information, read Email notifications on low power levels for Smiley Touch and Smiley Terminal.
