There are four different templates available when you export your results as a poster, share your results from an email report or use Live Sharing. HappyOrNot Customer Support can change the template to fit your needs.

Organization-specific template



Organization-specific template is the default option and shows the organization name, positive feedback percentage, number of responses with the text "based on [number] of responses", and the time span of the survey.

Experience point -specific template

Experience point -specific template shows the location of the survey result. The name of the experience point comes from the  Public name field for the experience point. The template also shows the positive feedback percentage and the number of responses with the text "based on [number] of responses", and the time span of the survey. 

Experience point -specific template with a headline

The template shows a headline: "How satisfied are our customers/employees?”, location of the survey result, the positive feedback percentage, and the time span of the survey. The name of the location comes from the Public name field for the experience point.

The template shows the survey question, positive feedback percentage with the text “satisfied customers / employees” and the time span of the survey. The Smiley row indicates the pressed Smiley buttons. The name of the location comes from the  Public name field for the experience point.
