- Check the serial number on the product. For more information, read Where to find the serial number of a Smiley Touch or Where to find the serial number of a Smiley Terminal.
- Go to Admin > Experience points, and click the name of the experience point. The Default Smileys product field shows the serial number of the Smileys product associated with it.
- If needed, select Settings, and then under Default survey settings select Edit and change the default product.
