Here are a few things to check if your survey question is not showing up correctly on the Smiley Touch screen:

Did you just change the question?

If the screen is showing an old question, it may be because the Smiley Touch has not yet connected to the network. It can take up to 10 minutes for a new question to be updated to the Smiley Touch, but you can update it immediately by restarting it manually or remotely.

Is the survey end date is correct and the survey active?

The Smiley Touch will not show a question if there is no active survey. 

Are the opening times correct?

The survey is only shown during the opening times set in the survey. For more information, read Change opening times.

Is the Smiley Touch assigned to the correct experience point?

Go to Admin > Smileys and make sure that the serial number of the Smiley Touch matches the one assigned to the experience point. For more information, read How to find the serial number and model of Smiley Touch
