If you have Admin access, you can edit the details of another user, including their email, language, role, login method, ability to see open feedback responses, and location in the group structure.
 

  1. Go to Admin > Users, and find the user whose details you want to edit.
  2. Click the name of the user.
  3. Select Edit under the relevant section. 
  4. Edit the settings and select Save.






Note: You cannot adjust your own role and access rights. You need to ask another admin in your organization to do it for you.
