HappyOrNot API is an add-on feature. Your HappyOrNot contact person will be happy to give you more information on how to take it into use. 
The HappyOrNot API makes it possible to create connections between HappyOrNot Analytics and your own systems and applications to fetch and use the feedback data programmatically.

Possible uses of the API include, for example:

  • Integrating HappyOrNot feedback and survey data to other company-specific systems like those used in business intelligence processes
  • Presenting HappyOrNot data on different systems, like on info screens, the company website or the extranet  
  • Presenting HappyOrNot data in a different format from the standard HappyOrNot reports

HappyOrNot API supports Smiley Terminal, Smiley Touch, and Smiley Digital data. The data is the same as offered by email and online reports and covers your whole survey history. 

You can use the API to fetch the following data in .json and .csv formats:

  • Feedback data, such as smiley and follow-up responses, open feedback, contact detail requests, and Real-Time Collabotration evens and alerts.
  • Demographics  data
  • Survey info, including users, smileys, questions and experience points. 

You can find the most up-to-date information in the API documentation.

 NOTE: The actual integration to your systems needs to be done by your IT department, business analysts, or by a third-party company you hire. HappyOrNot can provide assistance with understanding the API commands but cannot do the actual integration.
