You need the Professional package to use feedback scales other than the default 4-scale. Your HappyOrNot contact person will be happy to give you more information about how to enable it for your organization.
HappyOrNot surveys have two feedback scales available: 4 smiley faces (very happy, slightly happy, slightly unhappy, very unhappy), which is the default option, and 5 smiley faces (very happy, slightly happy, neutral, slightly unhappy, very unhappy).
Note that the 5-scale can only be used with Smiley Touch and Smiley Digital products.

You can choose the feedback scale and how it is displayed in the survey when creating a new survey. The feedback scale cannot be changed in existing surveys.
