If you want to download all feedback data, use it in presentation, or create your own reports, you can easily download your feedback data from HappyOrNot Analytics in different formats.
- Go to Details and use the filters to select the timeframe (or all results), survey, and experience point/group.
- Select Export in the top right corner.
- Select the export format. Some export types also include further options.
Export types
Feedback data (CSV)
A CSV file of full feedback data, down to individual button presses. For more information, read Export full feedback data as a CSV file.
Results data (Excel)
A summary of the data visible in HappyOrNot Analytics (excluding feedback filtered out by misuse protection). You can either export the selected group/experience point, or all groups/experience points in separate files. You can select the granularity of the report (15 minutes, hour, day, week, month, year).
Alerts (Excel)
All Real-time Collaboration alerts and comment data.
Follow-ups and open feedback (Excel)
All open feedback items and the follow-ups associated with them, except open feedback items that are marked as spam or contain harmful language.
Contact requests (Excel)
All contact requests from the last 30 days. Note that contact requests are deleted after 30 days and cannot be exported after that.
Results report (PDF)
Summary of the data from the main performance widgets in PDF format.
Results presentation (PowerPoint)
Summary of the data from main performance widgets in PowerPoint format.
Charts as images
Image files (PNG or SVG) of main performance widgets, for example, to be used in presentations. You can choose from the following widgets: Results, Hourly distribution, Weekly distribution, Total results, Comparison, Highlights, and Demographics.
Result poster (PDF)
A printable file with your current performance results.
