The summary widget in Quick View gives a snapshot of your performance with a percentage breakdown and the total number of feedback responses per smiley.
The industry comparison shows how your performance index compares to other organizations in your industry. It shows in what percentile of the organizations your results fall into, so for example, if your results are in the top 40%, it means that you are performing better than 60% of organizations in your industry.
