For a similar feature for Smiley Touch, see Engage feedback givers with a QR code and custom message.
When collecting feedback with Smiley Digital, you can set up a redirect URL on the Thank You page that takes the feedback giver to another web page after they have finished the survey.
Possible use cases for this feature include:
- Direct the feedback giver to your homepage or a targeted landing page
- Give thanks for the feedback with a discount code
- Lead negative feedback givers to your support page.
- Encourage feedback givers to leave a public review.
💡 TIP: Providing a discount code after negative feedback can improve the feedback giver's impression of you and make it more likely that they return even after a negative experience.
You can choose how the feedback giver is redirected to the page after they finish the survey:
- 5-second delay (default) - The user is redirected to the page after a 5 second delay when they have finished the survey.
- Instant - The user is automatically redirected to the page immediately after they finish the survey. Note that the custom text on the redirect page is not displayed if you have selected instant redirect.
- Manual - The user needs to click the link to be redirected to the page. If you have accessibility mode turned on, this is the only option available.
