HappyOrNot wants to help customers save energy. By using the sleep mode on your Smiley Touch outside your opening hours, you can consume as much as 60% less energy. It will also allow the Smiley Touch to cool down, extending its lifespan.
Note: If the Smiley Touch is sleep mode even when it should be active, check that the opening times and time zone for the survey are correct.
How to turn the sleep mode on
The sleep mode is automatically on when the survey is not active. For example, if the survey opening hours are from 10 am to 8 pm, the sleep mode turns automatically on at 8 pm and turns off at 10 am the next morning. We recommend that you set the opening hours based on when people are actually at the location, so for example if the official closing time of a store is 8 pm, but there are usually still customers at 8:15 pm, set the opening hours to end at 8:15pm.

How to turn the sleep mode off
If you do not want to use the sleep mode on your Smiley Touch, set the survey to start at 00:00 (12 am) and to end at 00:00 (12 am). The survey will be on 24 hours.
