You can filter your results in both Quick View and Details by survey question and experience point/group. Your access rights will determine the level of access to the reports in your organization.
Experience point/Group
Choose a group (includes multiple Smileys products) or an experience point (single Smileys product) from the drop-down list. Only results from Smileys product under this group or experience point will be displayed.
Survey Question
Choose a survey from the drop-down list. Only results from the Smileys products in this survey will be displayed.
Time Period
Choose a time period from the drop-down list. Only results collected during this time period will be displayed.

Compare to
You can choose a time period against which to compare current results (1 day, 1 week, 4 weeks or 1 year ago). Results depend on the selection made in Time Period.
By default, the comparison is made with the closest previous period (e.g. Today > 1 day ago). The comparison is made between the days of the week (7-day week) instead of calendar days to maximize accuracy. Also, vacation periods are not included in the comparison.
Compare to filter is especially useful for front-line personnel, as it offers insight into the development of feedback over a varied range of different time periods. The filter is also a helpful tool in operational design, as performance during seasonal peak times, for example, can be monitored and compared.
Compare to is a Professional feature. If it is not in your service package, you see a diamond symbol (). Your HappyOrNot contact person will be happy to give you more information on the feature.
Filters on Details page
Opening Hours
Choose the starting time and ending time of the day. Only results collected during this time of the day will be displayed.
Opening Weekdays
Choose the weekdays from the drop-down list. Only results collected during these weekdays will be displayed.
Responses/Percentages
Choose the way you want to view the results; by the number of responses, percentage of responses, or as a table of values. All relevant widgets will be displayed accordingly.
Index
You can select Happy Index, NPS, or no index at all. You can also choose to show or hide the comparison index line. All relevant widgets will be displayed accordingly. For more information, read HappyOrNot performance indexes and Comparison index.
Demographics
Filter the results to view only feedback from certain age groups or genders. For more information, read Connect feedback data with demographic data.
